JB Commerce Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the purchased software in accordance with the applicable license purchased through an authorized marketplace or reseller.

• Claim ownership of the software.
• Make the software publicly available without written permission.

All intellectual property rights, including source code, documentation, graphics, trademarks, and product branding remain the exclusive property of JB Commerce Labs.

Nothing in this License transfers ownership of any intellectual property.
